Sunriver Resorts enjoys a reputation as a world-class vacation destination. The resort's goal is to provide the vacation customer with a superior product and experience. However, we also have accommodations to fit every budget.

The properties fall into one of the following categories:

Luxury (5 Diamond)	These properties represent the top tier at the resort. Consistent design theme with top-of-the line furnishings, kitchens and bath are present in these units.
Luxury (4 Diamond)	Units in this category will exhibit a well-planned interior with updated design theme and quality kitchens and baths. Upgrades in all aspects of the unit are present.
Moderate (3 Diamond)	Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)	These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.

7% Resort Fee, includes Free, inter-resort transportation, Free Mt. Bachelor Shuttle, Complimentary access to Sage Spring Club & Spa, 24-hour service & registration, guaranteed advanced tee times, exclusive access to Crosswater, exclusive access to Caldera Links 9 hole executive course, discounts on resort owned recreation, access to the Sunriver Home Owners Pools, and exclusive access to the private Lodge Village Pool & Jacuzzis, (please note, the golf and pools are seasonal operations).
