    Description

    5 Trophy Lane is a beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 ½ Bath home located within walking distance to the North Pool and Woodlands Golf Course. This home was built in 2007 on a very private lot with views of the 17th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, and a large pond.

     Enter into a large living room with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the golf course, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a gas fireplace. The 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and surround sound is sure to entertain your family and friends.

    The living room opens up into the formal dining room with seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the bar. There is a full wet bar with mini fridge for entertaining. Beautiful hardwood floors link the dining room to the large kitchen with all new stainless appliances. A huge center island with granite slab countertops and a 6 burner gas stove should give you plenty of room to prepare a meal big enough for a crowd.

    Off the living and dining room is a huge outdoor covered patio perfect for barbeques and gatherings. The covering is equipped with outdoor speakers so you won’t have to miss your favorite songs while you’re outside grilling dinner.

    The first master is located downstairs and features a King size bed, and private patio. The master bath features tile floors and counter tops with his and her sinks and a walk-in closet.

    Head upstairs to find the second master with a California King size bed and TV with DVD/VCR. This room offers a private balcony and huge walk-in closet. The master bath features a dual-headed steam shower, tile floor and countertops, and his and her sinks.

    Another upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with TV/VCR, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the kid’s bedroom that will sleep four. This room features a Twin bed with trundle, and a set of Twin bunks. 

    The 2 car garage with foosball table leads into a large laundry room with plenty of storage for ski gear in the winter. This unit is a great year-round rental that is sure to impress your family and friends.
