    Description

    Beautiful home with vaulted ceilings, brick fireplace and hardwood floors in the open kitchen, dining table seats 8. Recently upgraded in 2008. New Hot tub in 2007. Located on the south end of Sunriver makes getting to the pool, Sunriver Village activities quick and easy. The master is locted on lower floor with a king bed, private access to hot tub and deck, large bathroom with tiled shower. The second bedrooms is located upstairs with a queen bed, TV and easy access to 2nd bathroom. The third bedroom, also located upstairs has a bunk bed and twin trundle also with a TV. Surrounded by aspens and pines make this a great place to enjoy the outdoors and peace of the forrest.

 Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
