     3rd Bedroom has 2 twins private entrance to 3rd bath, TV/DVD.  Den is located down stairs with access to deck and hot tub, TV/DVD and sleeper sofa.

     This home is situated on one of the largest lots in Sunriver making this home very private and secluded.  Home has a landscaped yard with lawn, basketball hoop, and wrap around decks - all perfect for outdoor entertaining.  Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
Economy (1 Diamond)
 These properties do not meet minimum standards set by the resort.
