    Description

    This magnificent 5 bedroom (all master suites) 7.5 bath, 5,500 sq ft lodge home, approachable via private gate and drive, is nestled within sprawling grounds (1.1 acres) complete with a private tennis court and separate guest house. Though bordered by fairways 7 and 8 of the Meadows Golf Course, and only minutes walk from the Lodge, Sunriver conference facilities, and Sage Springs, 10 Fairway Lane offers the seclusion of a private estate.  From the great room, gaze at Mt. Bachelor in the distance, and The Sunriver and golf course in the foreground.  Or admire the great room's 25-foot vaulted wood-beam ceiling and massive wood-burning stone fireplace while enjoying the rustic charm of the lodge-style furnishings and flat screen LCD and DVD/stereo system.   

    10 Fairway Lane has one king size master bedroom downstairs and two kings and one queen size master bedrooms upstairs, all ensuites.  All the upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony.  Children will find plenty of space to sleep and play in the upstairs den, complete with bunk beds and entertainment area (TV/DVD included).  Two dining rooms that seat eight each, with convenient access to a beautifully decorated and equipped kitchen make the home an excellent choice for entertaining as well as a quiet meal at home with family. 

    The 800 sq ft guest house, with its own private entrance and outdoor balcony, has a king size bed and a day bed with trundle. Guests will also appreciate its nicely appointed kitchenette with a table that seats four. 

    Sunriver is known for its outdoor amenities, and you will have plenty to choose from at 10 Fairway Lane: take in a game of tennis on the private tennis court, enjoy the outdoor hot tub, or lounge on one of the many outdoor decks throughout the grounds.

Moderate (3 Diamond)
 Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
Economy (1 Diamond)
 These properties do not meet minimum standards set by the resort.
