    This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Osprey Point home is located in the exclusive Crosswater Club, home to one of Central Oregon's finest golf course and community.

    Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, each offering two twin size beds, TV's, river rock gas fireplaces, an attached full bath, and access to the covered paver stone back patio, beautiful lawn, and private hot tub.

    Also downstairs, you'll find the laundry room equipped with your own dog washing station with dryer! Why pay a groomer when you can do it yourself?

    Head upstairs into a light open living space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and views of Mt. Bachelor and Broken Top. Enjoy the view of the cascades from the comfort of the leather couches or while grilling up dinner on the balcony.

    The living room features a large rock wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV. A dining table that seats 8 connects the living room to the kitchen, so you won't miss a thing if you're busy cooking. There is even additional seating for 3 at the bar. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, and a breakfast nook.

    Down the hall, you'll find a half bath and eventually the master suite that offers a four poster king size bed, TV, river rock gas fireplace, built in office space with free wi-fi, and a private balcony. The master bath features "his and her" sinks and a huge walk-in tile steam-shower.

    Stay at 22 Osprey and enjoy all the amenities Sunriver has to offer, but still have your quiet retreat when you are done playing.

 Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
