56833 Dancing Rock is a beautiful custom home located in Caldera Springs, Sunriver Resort's newest development. This elegant 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation getaway comes complete with a bonus room and an attached 2 car garage with an electronic dart board and a foosball table for your enjoyment.

Enter into a great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and floor to ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the forest and wildlife. Warm up by the the gas fireplace and enjoy the flat screen TV with DVD and Surround Sound System from the comfort of the microfiber sectional.

Off the living room is access to the large covered patio complete with a ceiling fan, accent lighting, and outdoor speakers. Your guests can enjoy the outdoor seating and warm up around the gas fireplace while you grill up dinner on the gas grill.

Head back inside to find a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and all stainless appliances including a wine fridge and dual ovens. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room that seats eight with additional seating for 3 at the bar. A highchair is also provided for your convenience.

Also on the main level, you'll find a mudroom with H.E. front loading washer and dryer, and a personal office that features free wi-fi, a printer, and fax machine. The Master Suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the back patio with a private hot tub. The attached master bath offers "his and her" sinks, a beautiful tile shower with 4 heads, and a walk-in closet.

If you're traveling with a little one, the owner has also provided a port-a-crib.

Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a bonus room. One bedroom features a queen size bed with attached full bath. The other features a queen size bed as well with attached full bath and a walk-in closet. The bonus room boasts vaulted ceilings and features an electric fireplace/heater. Enjoy the air hockey table and assortment of board games or just throw a movie into the mounted HD flat screen TV. When it's time to call it a night, just climb into the set of bunk beds and dream about all the activities that await you the following day.
