    Sunstone 145 is a beautiful home located in the heart of Caldera Springs, Sunriver Resort’s newest development.  Enter this 3,800 sq. ft. home into a magnificent great room with vaulted ceilings, a large fireplace, in a delightful open floor plan.  This home features four bedrooms and four and a half baths that will comfortably sleep twelve.

 Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
