    Welcome to 24 Caldera Cabin located within Sunriver's newest community of Caldera Springs. 24 Caldera Cabin is a beautifully decorated cabin furnished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, modern kitchen appliances, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace all in a charming open floor plan.

    The Caldera Cabin features two master bedrooms and three bathrooms all on a single story. The master bedroom offers a king size bed complete with its own private bathroom and walk in closet while the second bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and its own private bathroom. With the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living room, this cabin will comfortably accommodate six. Each bedroom includes a large flat screen TV for your convenience.

    24 Caldera Cabin has a private outdoor hot tub that overlooks Trailmere Lake for your relaxation and enjoyment.

    Within walking distance of the Caldera Lake House, which has its own game room for family enjoyment, the Quarry, Caldera's fitness gym, and the beautiful 9 hole golf course, 24 Caldera Cabin is a perfect cabin in an ideal location for all of your needs.

 Units in this category will exhibit a well-planned interior with updated design theme and quality kitchens and baths. Upgrades in all aspects of the unit are present.
Moderate (3 Diamond)
 Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
Economy (2 Diamond)
 These properties represent the minimum requirement of the resort rental program. Furnishing, kitchens and baths may need updating.
